Hi there! I am facing an issue with connecting my old apple watch to my phone. When I am trying to proceed with connecting it shows that it was connected to different apple id, which I do not recognize. So somehow I have to unpair it from old id.

You have to unpair the watch from your old phone;
To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock.
On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your old Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
The main problem is that I have no idea which iCloud it is connected. Activation lock is showing me email which I never seen before, most probably someone from my family tried to connected it to there phone but they don't recognize this email too.
If you can't find the apple id that locked this watch then there is nothing you can do but recycle the watch and put it down to experience.
