iPhone 12 pro max 5Ghz WiFi not connecting (connected once but disconnect after a while) to my modem.

My modem struggles to provide steady 5Ghz WiFi to my iPhone 12 Pro Max. My iPhone 12 Pro Max is 5 months old (purchased in February 2021) and I've observed it has a problem connecting to my home network 5Ghz; instead, it continually receives 2.4Ghz, which is quite slow. My iPhone 7 and 11 are perfectly functional and reliable. It's quite difficult to use.
