Iphone SE 2016 and multiple apple watch SE on sharing plans

I have the older iphone SE 2016 and want to add 2 new apple watches (SE) on a family sharing plan so they can receive and make calls (with numbers from their old phones) etc with the watch.

I understand the watches must be paired with a host phone which would be mine.

Can I have my old apple watch (not SE) and the 2 new apple watch SE's paired with my iphone SE?
