Mobiles apps stuck on paused or waiting.

Mobiles apps like (games, Netflix, or Youtube) are stuck on a faded "paused" or "waiting" screen. I been using these apps for weeks and a few minute ago, I get kicked out from the app and can't use it anymore.

I do not know what I did wrong for this to happen, my Ipad is on its latest version and the apps didn't need an update (when checking the play store) so what is happening?!

I can not access my Hulu, Netflix, five mobiles games, Spotify, or Youtube because of this.
