Mobiles apps stuck on paused or waiting.

Mobiles apps like (games, Netflix, or Youtube) are stuck on a faded "paused" or "waiting" screen. I been using these apps for weeks and a few minute ago, I get kicked out from the app and can't use it anymore.

I do not know what I did wrong for this to happen, my Ipad is on its latest version and the apps didn't need an update (when checking the play store) so what is happening?!

I can not access my Hulu, Netflix, five mobiles games, Spotify, or Youtube because of this.

It sounds like the apps may have been trying to update. Is your iPad connected to wi-fi? Try connecting the iPad to power, connect to wi-fi, then force restart it to restart the downloads. Restart iPad - Apple Support
