Personal Video Start-Delay in Zoom

I am running a full-windows partition on Bootcamp within a MacBook Pro 16-Inch "Core i7" 2.6 2019 with Windows 10 Enterprise. I use zoom extensively for work. This computer was an Apple replacement in March for a lost-in-shipping MacBook Pro. Since I have had it, there has been a nagging issue with Zoom. There is a 20-30 second starting delay in my video feed when joining a meeting or entering/returning from a break-out room. I can see all the other participants great, but my feed shows as a black screen for a consistent, dramatic entrance after everyone else. The native video camera starts immediately. I have tried to remove and reinstall zoom multiple times, tried changing the camera security settings, tried changing the zoom camera settings, removed the Skype app, but none of these works. Anyone have a solution? Thanks!
