Personal Apple Music Playlist does not appear on Mobile Apple devices, iPhone and iPad

I subscribe to Apple Music. Personal Playlists appear on my iMac, but SOME do not synch to iPhone, iPad. iCloud settings are correct and are the same on all devices. A favorite playlist contains 437 songs, some but not all songs would be considered Classical. The majority were uploaded from CD's I own. I tried adding a few songs from Apple Music, but it still won't synch to mobile devices. I've gone through all settings with Apple Support, but the Playlists do not appear, nor will they play using Siri request on HomePod Mini. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix? Thanks in advance for any insight.
