dolby atmos & lossless together or separate

Can you use Dolby Atmos and lossless audio together listening through wired headphones with lighting to 3.5mm converter, or is it one or the other, because when both features are turned on I could only see Dolby atmos emblem while the track is playing & when I turn off the Dolby atoms feature from settings I see the emblem of lossless. And if both features work together when turned on why can’t I see both the emblems while the track is playing like i see below album description?
