How do I sync my Powerbeats 3 wireless earbuds to iPhone 12?
You don’t “sync” them; you pair them through Bluetooth.
Go to Settings-Bluetooth. Tap on the earbuds when they appear in the device list.

Correct, that’s what I did but it did not work. Nothing appears in my device list, just spins trying to detect something but never does. I have reached out to Apple for assistance.
