AirPods Pro disconnect from iPhone 12 Pro

When I am 10-15 feet away my Air Pods Pro disconnect from iPhone 12 Pro.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

Could you please confirm which iOS version you're currently running on your iPhone?

Do you experience a similar issue if you pair your AirPods to other devices?

If you have access to another set of bluetooth headphones, do they experience the same issue when connected to the iPhone?

I think it's working now that I download the new IOS 14.7 or whatever changed it seams to work fine.

Thanks for contacting me. I just check and I am installing IOS 14.7 - I had different 3 air pods and they all worked. These Air Pods Pro disconnected when I am 10-15 feet away.

I haven't connected them to another device - I guess I could connect them to my MacBook Pro - I will try today and get back to you - Thanks for your help
