Apple ID Change

I recently switched my Apple ID to a different email and I'm wondering how long it takes everything to go back to normal. For example, when I listen to a song on Apple Music, I can only listen to the song for about 15-45 seconds. Then I get an error message saying, "This operation can not be completed. An unknown error occurred (-16833)." Or when I plug my phone up into my vehicle, Apple CarPlay will only stay connected for a short amount of time before disconnecting itself. This really frustrating 😡. Does anyone have a fix for this issue? (I have already reset my phone multiple times)
