ICCID number different than SIM

My iccid number does not match my sim number. My email accounts have been getting hacked recently, it shows that I am getting a union discount and I’m not in a union and never put any info like that on my plan. I have never shared this line with anyone else and no one else has ever had access to my account to my knowledge. My screen sometimes flickers and my phone gets extremely hot sometimes while charging. I got an email that said that my account info had been updated to work phone and it is in no way shape or form a work phone nor has it ever been. All of my passwords for email and such have been getting changed without me doing so. I was on the phone with tech support earlier and I got 2 notifications back to back that stated that my account password had been changed. Ive had weird things happening to me and it’s really starting to freak me out. Anyone else have similar issues?
