I am getting a message:” Cannot send mail. Your mailbox is full”. I gave 2 TB of iCloud storage with only 250 GB used. Can someone help?

I am getting the following message on my phone as I am trying to send an email:

”Cannot send mail. Your mailbox is full.”

Plenty of iCloud storage available. Suggestions? Advice?

Is this an iCloud eMail Address?:

If this is not an iCloud eMail Address, but rather something else (i.e. gmail), then contact your eMail provider. You can only have so much storage. So, ask your eMail provider if upgrading your storage is an option. Elsewise, either export it, or just delete a load of it, if it is all unnecessary.
