Why when other email it says my inbox is full and I cannot receive anything
I cleared almost everything out my phone for more storage but my emails still arent coming in

You need to clear space from your email specifically and also empty the trash for the email. If this is a Google account, you may also need to clear items from your Google Drive, as the storage for Google Drive and Gmail is shared.
Deleting items may be easier if you use a computer.
