BeatsX disconnets & flashes white & red

My BeatsX has been working fine with my iPhone 8 Plus until recently.


It still connects but within a few seconds disconnects.


The light, which is usually solid white, flashes alternating between white and red.


The battery is fully charged and I have reboot the iPhone and BeatsX aren't paired with any other device.


How do I fix?

Have you tried performing the reset on the BeatsX?


Reset your Beats earphones


Is your iPhone caught up on its software updates? This ensures the Beats are on the latest firmware as well.

Since the Beats did not seem to be responding to the reset, you may wish to locate your serial number and open a support case at the link below. We will also include the resource for how to locate your serial number, as you will need this for further support.
