Passcode screen issue

I am unable to enter passcode on WhatsApp. This is due to distorted screen. This kind of screen shows.

It seems you are in Zoom mode.

Double-tap on the Zoomed screen with three fingers.

iPad will not let me enter my passcode. It is stuck on a screen where in the center (in front of where you enter the passcode) that WhatsApp can't be installed. Click OK, and nothing happens. I'm pretty sure it's an iPad Air 5th generation- but since I can't get into it, I can't confirm this.
