My watch is paired to my phone- I can listen to music etc. I can track workouts, check heart rate and close activity rings.
All this was visible on my phone until a week ago.
On my phone’s activity app, I can’t see any recent activity - it’s like I’ve not been wearing the watch, but the watch is still tracking and the phone is still paired. It’s an SE.
Any ideas?

Try this;
On your iPhone, tap Apple Watch.
Tap My Watch.
Tap General
Tap Reset on the General screen.
Tap Reset Sync Data on the Reset screen.
Then restart your watch.
Try this;
On your iPhone, tap Apple Watch.
Tap My Watch.
Tap General
Tap Reset on the General screen.
Tap Reset Sync Data on the Reset screen.
Then restart your watch.
Try force restarting your iPhone by whatever method your version calls for. As soon as you see the Apple logo force restart your watch by holding in the crown and side button for 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo then release. Log into your iPhone and wait for your watch to boot, then log into it.
