After update my second hand ipad is not activating, cause of previous owner taken find my ipad. How can i activate it? Serial GG***F8J

Unless the previous owner will cooperate with you to remove activation lock, there is nothing that you can do to use the iPad. See this for the instructions that the previous owner needs to follow.
