Frozen iPhone 12 immediately after set up

Dear community,

Immediately after the set up of my new iPhone 12 with 70gb data transferred from my former iPhone 10, the phone just freezes. Consequently, I haven't been able to use the phone for a single thing.

It shows the Apple Logo while about 99.9% of the start up process has been completed but then it just hangs there since yesterday. See attached illustration please.

I've tried a hard restart with volume buttons and side button but nothing works.

Please help !

Thank you for the suggestion.

It was actually the first thing that I've tried but the phone continues to freeze in its current mode. The phone just refuses to start up for the first time while at 99.9% of the startup process, according to the screen as per the attachment that I posted...
