Is CleanMyMac software safe to use on Apple devices?

I was wondering if this software is safe to download and install since it seems not to be an official apple software.\\

Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, alter, modify, remove or delete or attempt to do so is an invitation for disaster and may require a Reinstallation of the OS.


And CMM ( Clean My Mac ) is defiantly in this category
