can't delete podcast app

I am trying to remove the Podcast app from my Macbook Air. I have restrictions set on the MacBook, and I turned off podcasts in the Content and Privacy section, and yet it's still here.

When I move the app to trash from Launchpad, nothing happens. The X icon does not appear when I hold down the app to delete it, and there is no "move to trash" option when I right-click the app in Finder.

How can I permanently remove the Apple Podcast app from my Macbook Air or disable all of its features or something so that you cannot search for other podcasts within the app?
