If you're 18 years or older, you can opt in to build your credit history while you're part of a shared Apple Card account.1

How to build credit history with Apple Card Family

There are two ways to opt in to build credit with Apple Card Family:2

When you accept an invitation to become a participant, you can opt in to credit reporting.
