Can I log onto my iMac with my iPhone? Keyboard isn't working on the iMac.

Unfortunately no, you cannot use your iPhone as an input device for your Mac.
You will have to replace the keyboard with another.
Is the keyboard a wireless model? Have you replaced or recharged the batteries?
Have you rebooted your Mac to see if that fixes the issue?
