iphone 6 Wont update or reset help

I recently tried to update my iphone 6 because it said there was an update available but it failed so I tried to use the download and update feature via iTunes and now my phone is in a continuous loop saying could not update error 14 and cant do anything with it now

Error 14 usually occurs when the phone memory is completely full.

You could try the update on a Mac computer but you will probably have to use iTunes to restore the phone and wipe the memory in the process.
