MacBook all caps and weird symbols

Not a question, but solution. My MacBook Pro kept getting stuck in caps and typing weird symbols. I realized I was hitting the control^ button (bottom left corner of keyboard, next to FN key) from time to time. So, just press it again and it should go back to normal. Hope this helps.

Macbook keyboard types wrong letters, numbers, symbols Suddenly my MacBook Pro, running Ventura 13.0.1 started selectively responding with different letters/numbers/symbols than were typed. Eg physically type "a" and "q" appears on screen, press "m" and a comma appears. Not all keys are affected, but all numbers are - need to press shift plus number to bring up the number onscreen. I've tried the suggested fix of simultaneously pressing command, option R and P without success. Any suggestions?

Keyboard does not type normal characters all of a sudden- Macbook Air I've the same or even worst problem as other guy mentioned here: The numerals line on my keyboard doesn't not type normal characters all of a sudden. I notice especially the alt characters are not the usual ones. Everything was normal,Then this just happened. When I restart the macbook air it starts on a page with selecting language which I select English. The problem is next alla alfabet are in caplops key is on and the other strange problem all digits (1-9) are not there and you get other characters which are not on key as such. Is it kind of virus which cause it?! I've lost so many hours to get it works but it doesn't. Could you help hot to get it back to as normal?
