No sound in maps . I have done everything.. I have sound on Google maps and everything else

When you have created directions in Apple Maps, Start the directions, then swipe up from the bottom of the screen. There you will see a series of icons, one of them is Audio. Tap on it and set the Guidance Voice volume to be able to hear directions. See this image. and this one.
