the facetime center stage is very important feature but apple put it just in ipad pro

No one here could possibly know what Apple's future plans are, but you can be pretty assured it won't come to existing devices which lack the hardware to utilize the feature. iPad Mini lacks the very requisite Ultra Wide camera which is required. Only the following devices have this required hardware:

No one knows, but Apple, what will be introduced, if any new hardware, in the Fall ofn2021.
The ONLY thing anyone knows for sure is that iPadOS 15 is coming in the Fall of 2021 and that is pretty much it!
Its not worth it to buy new ipad mini and the facetime centre stage is not available

ALL the Tech reviewers thought some version of macOS was coming to iPads/iPad Pros. Didn’t happen, did it!
For some, ANY significant redesign of the iPad Mini would be welcome.
Heck, ANY significant redesign of the basic model iPad would be welcome, too, if you really want to go there.
But, again, no one but Apple knows what is in the pipeline for the immediate future.
