Synch desktop, iphone and ipad

How do I synch my Desktop, iPad and iPhone? Changes to contacts updated on the desktop do not appear on the other devices.

This will guide you through setting up iCloud on all of your devices. https://support.apple.com/guide/icloud/set-up-icloud-mmfc0f1e2a/icloud Once done your contacts, among other things, will sync.
