Gift card problem

I bought a apple card yesterday and I was told today that the card have been redeem by another person , please can I know the real time and the location the card have been redeem.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 12

Unfortunately you may have been subject to a common gift card fraud perpetrated by thieves. Be careful to only buy cards that do not seem to have any signs of interference. Also make sure you redeem cards immediately after buying them. I usually redeem my cards within 20 seconds of purchase.
