Liquid exposure

Is there any hope that my MacBook Pro can be repaired after a liquid exposure?

it got soaked in a downpour.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

It needs to be inspected by an authorized service center. Liquid damage is often extensive and ongoing due to corrosion. It is often most cost effective to buy a new computer rather than to perform all the required repairs.

Hi,

It depends on what kind of liquid you did exposed on your MacBook Pro.

I suppose you would need to replace whole system, such as logic board, keyboard, etc.

Try to contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
