Macbook Air Trade in value - dent assessment

Hi there

I have a MacBook Air from late 2015 with 8 Gb of RAM and I am looking to replace this with a new M1 model after many years of happy use.

It is mainly in a very good condition, with the only issue being a small dent in the back of the casing. Other than that the body work is in pristine condition and the hardware is working faultlessly.

I have seen on the Apple website that the maximum trade in value is £200 and one of the questions is "Is the screen intact and free of cracks and cosmetic damage? Is the display free of pixel loss, black or white spots and lines? Is the body free of major scratches, dents and liquid damage?"

Does this include all dents, or "major dents" and if so is there a way of quantifying what constitutes a major dent?

I have attached a picture of the dent in question and wonder what people think?

Thank you!
