Am I able to check what is my keyboard layout is without unpacking the box? I mean macbook pro 2020 m1. I have sth like this at the end of spec: KB-Z/ZEE

Please give the full model code
Do a google search on the full code and see where it is sold. I see one which looks like it might be Polish, but need to check in more detail.
