i have never backed up my iphone since i bought it. total back up size is 162 gb. with photos and videos 108 gb with over 30,000 pictures. i have a Wifi connection with upload speed of 45Mb/s and download speed of 60Mb/s. How long it takes for backup? its first time.

It will take a long time. Suggest tonight before you go to bed, start the icloiud backup, plug it to power source and lock the device and let it do it's thing.
