I recently put in a new SIM card and I can't send a message because my phone is being verified and every time a black screen which shows to accept the new SIM card that was just put in but doesn't allow me to do so it just glitches and gives me an error I just want to send messages with my phone number and not my email. I have reset the network and turn on and off the Imessage still does the same thing. Can someone help me please and thank you.

Try the steps in this article: Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime under the section titled If you can't see or select your number in Messages or FaceTime".
