The right side of my Beats Flex will not play sound
THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY BEATS FLEX WILL NOT PLAY SOUND AND I HAVE RESET THE EARBUDS WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO?

We understand that there is no audio from the right side of your Beats and that you reset them using the steps in Reset your Beats earphones
If you haven’t already, please test your Beats paired with another device. Does the issue persist? We want to rule out any issues on your device and with the settings on your device.
As it looks like you’re using an iPhone with your Beats, based on the classifications you chose to submit your question, you can also check that the sound balance isn’t shifted to one side in Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual.
