I bought the educational bundle through the website and got sent an email with the redemption codes, but i cant find my apps

You say you are using Mojave .

To purchase/download the separate applications that are contained in the education bundle you would need to be running OS 10.15.7 or later for Logic Pro and 10.15.6 or later for the other four apps.

The UK site says that the system requirements for the education bundle is the same as this.

Looks as though you will need to upgrade to at least 10.15.7 to download the educational bundle .

I would have thought that you would have got a warning or message about this when you purchased the bundle if you did it on the" Mojave" Mac .

Apple prevent the purchase /download of the separate apps if the OS is not compatible.

After you use the redemption codecs check in your Purchased page and see if they’re listed there. If not you would need to contact support for the Mac App Store.

Are you confident you are using the same Apple ID in the app store that you used to purchase the bundle?
