How do I shares my PAGES PDF file via E Mail, of size larger than 25 MB?

Exporting a document in Pages via PDF I followed the directions to export to PDF. When I share it, instead of a PDF link it basically pastes the document to my email. I need to actually have the link that the receiver can open. This happens sometimes but not always. How do I get it to just attach a PDF link?
