Colors on the workout mapping
When I look at the map of my walk workout, the colors on the line are chiefly yellow but the are spots of red and green. What do they represent?

Red and orange is the slowest pace
Yellow is your average pace
Green is the fastest pace
All sections are based on averages for that section and length of time to complete.
If there are grey dots on the route this is a weak or non existent GPS signal.The dots are where the watch is filling in the gaps.

The colors show your pace, with green the fastest pace and red, the slowest.
