Green lines on my front camera roll

How cam I fix this? My front camera has green line and when i captured it became purple or pink pls help

We understand the front camera on your iPhone 11 is taking photos with a purple tint and a green line. Is this happening consistently? What does the image look like it you share or send the photos to another person or device? Do you see the same purple tint and green line?


If you haven't already we would suggest trying the following troubleshooting:


  1. Quit the Camera app and try again.
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. Verify the software is up to date. Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  4. Remove any case, accessory, or film that might block the camera or that places a magnet near the camera.
  5. Always make sure you have a current backup of your device: Back up iPhone
