Have just installed iOS 14.7, and my screen has become very slow/unresponsive.
It also looks to be ghosting, but not sure if it is just slow in responding.
I have tried a power cycle and reset.
Neither have resolved the issue, at this time the phone is unusable
the phone was working fine prior to the update no issue.
Any Advice is appreciated.

Take a look at the next article here regarding steps to take if the screen is not working properly. In additional to restarting the device, it is recommended to remove any accessories or screen protectors.

Is the screen responding to touch at all? Does it seem like it is too sensitive, or not sensitive enough?
