My Iphone7 plus has been upgraded to 14.6 and now the volume is tooo low.

Hi

My Iphone7 plus has been upgraded to 14.6 and now the volume of the phone is very low. I can not hear phone call or any audio and video, the volume is too low.

I can hear well with headphone but not with normal speaker. I have tried all, adjusting volume via setting. moving right left center, cleaning speaker, etc..

Please suggest.
