Apple Personal Session Hi, I've bought an iPad Pro about a month ago. I couldn't register for the Apple Personal Session because there isn't any schedule available. I logged in again a few days ago wanting to check if there is any slots available but that service is gone on my account's order page. I have used the "chat now" support, they asked me to call the helpline. I called the helpline, the staff said she couldn't provide any details regarding that and will email me some notes instead. I really enjoyed the personal session when I bought my MacBook Pro a few years ago. I've learnt a few new tricks. I would like it for my iPad Pro as well. Anyone knows how I can book a session? Thank you.

How do I access the personal session? I am new to iPad. New iPad here.. I signed up for for online personal session. No idea how to access it. I thought Apple would reach out but I guess not

Online personal session I signed up for an online personal session. This is my first one. Do they call me? Do we do it online with a computer and phone? I thought that once I signed up there would be more information but there wasn't. Could someone please tell me how this works? I went online and saw linked information but it wasn't very specific. I know I get 30 minutes but how do they contact me? Someone please clarify. Thank you - I'm new to Iphone and I find it all very confusing.

So do i do this online at home and if so what's the web address /link. Or do I have to go to a store. Didn't understand.
