iPhone XS Max stopped working

I have the iPhone XS Max and the screen suddenly stopped working while I was on the phone. It went completely black. I’ve tried to force restart several times and have tried every other method on Apple support/ YouTube but nothing is working. I just got done paying my phone off and now I can’t even use it :(
