Caller ID

All of a sudden when I’m calling my daughter’s iPhone 12, “Mommy” is no longer appearing on her phone. Instead “No Caller ID” appears. Also my texts to her are appearing in “green” instead of blue. This doesn’t happen all of the time however. We’ve checked our phones side-by-side and all of the settings seem to be the same. When I call anyone else, my caller ID is working just fine. Would appreciate anyone’s help.

Also when I put my phone up to my ear during a call - the face is NOT going dark which allows my cheek bones to click on the Mute button or sometimes my cheeks click on the FaceTime button etc. I’ve looked at everything and so has daughter who knows her way around an iPhone pretty well. Id like to be able to speak without always having to use the speaker button for fear of hanging up on my caller or placing them on Mute. Ty again. :):)
