I dropped my iPhone in water and had it soak in rice for 24 hours, but when I turned it back on the sound wouldn't work so when I went to check my phone was stuck in headphone mode and I don't know how to get it out of that mode. It works when I plug my headphones in but when I unplug my headphones its still saying it's in headphones mode. It's an iPhone 6s plus by the way.

If the issue persists, then more than likely water has gotten into the headphone port and the iPhone will have to be replaced.
