14.7 homepod timers not showing in Home app

I have upgraded my 2 homepods to 14.7. With a long press on the HomePod icon, they do give me the ability to set and/or manage alarms. But, there is no ability for timers.

I thought this iOS upgrade gave you the ability for both. Is there something I need to do to get the timer management enabled?

HomePod timers not working after 15.4 Since 15.4 I can't get timers to work on my HomePods (classic and mini). I say, "Hey siri, set a timer for five minutes." It waits, then eventually siri says it took too long or it "I didn't hear back". If I try to set a timer via the Home app, I add the timer and click Start, but the new timer doesn't appear in the timers list. Anyone else seeing this?

HomePod mini issue with setting timers HomePod mini will not do a timer. When I say hey Siri set a 5 minute timer she replies you already have a timer by that name. She does this for all times I say. I’ve asked Siri to list all my timers and to clear all my timers, she replies to both these requests with you have no timers set. I can’t see the HomePod mini in the Home App but it does control my lamp switch with no issues and plays music just fine.
