Hello Apple I have a question about 14.7 will it correct the Bluetooth issue for two items to be Bluetooth to at the same time

What "issue" are you referring to?
You can connect multiple bluetooth devices simultaneously so long as they use different protocols.
I cannot connect my phone via Bluetooth too two different Bluetooth speakers, How weather my brother with his android phone can connect to my two speakers at the same time
Also I cannot connect Bluetooth to my 2015 Mercedes and an aftermarket amp inside my vehicle
