How do I create space on my Iphobe without deleting important Photos

Delete apps and other data, and enable iCloud photos (Settings/[your name]/iCloud - Photos ON), wait for it to sync (verify by logging in to https://icloud.com/photos), then go to Settings/Photos and turn on Optimize iPhone Storage.

Delete the unimportant photos and apps.

Okay, but now the photos on google photos if I delete them wil I still get them back in ICloud if it happens I delete google photos ?
