Facetime and iMessage

Hey there, my number is already listed in Facetime and iMessage settings but i can’t use them with my number, only my email that i can used. I have attached screenshot that prove the problem.

  1. This is a public forum. You should delete the screen shot as it contains personal information like your phone number and Apple ID/email address.
  2. Use https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201422 to troubleshoot your issue.
