Itunes Store Advertisment

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question. So please excuse me if it's not.
I want to advertise my music on itunes store but don't know who to talk to or how to do this.
When I mean advertise is not just putting my music on itunes but actually put my album cover on the front page like various artist/record companies do for there artist.
Does anyone have an idea of how much that would cost as well?
Can someone lead me in the right direction on this please?
