iPhone speaker button now leads to choices with 14.6

When I recieve a call and i want it on speaker I now have to select from a menu. This happened in iOS 12. Then iOS 13. The “fix” is I remove all devices through Bluetooth connected to my phone. But the device that comes up is my MacBook Pro that is not connected to my phone in anyway including messages.

speaker phone is supposed to enable me to be more hands-free. This “option” is completely counterintuitive to why I would use speaker in the first place.

would it make sense that if I wanted dysfunction that I would choose it instead of it being done for me and then me having to go onto a forum just to figure out how to remove it?
